Returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery, or within 3 months of the shipping date for orders that have not been delivered. While we may be unable to investigate claims reported after these timeframes, your rights under applicable consumer laws are not affected.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box, mailer, and all packaging materials, as these may be required to lodge a shipping claim. Unfortunately, if the original packaging has been discarded, we may be unable to submit a claim with the carrier.

International orders: Buyers may be responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, or carrier handling charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot predict or cover these fees.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to become active after the shipment has been lodged with the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only. International shipments may take up to 6 weeks or longer depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. It is also normal for tracking to go several days or even weeks without updates while an item is in transit.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage to be resent.
